| 摘 要： | 在分析高校就业指导工作现状的基础上提出，高校就业指导工作应以大学生的实际需要为出发点，明确就业方向，强化就业意识，做好职业规划。从职业指导的内容、途径、组织管理三个方面分析了高校职业指导工作的发展趋势。
