| 摘 要： | 新媒体的飞速发展不仅对当代大学生的学习方式、思维方式、生活习惯产生了深远影响,而且打破了原有高校思想教育工作体系的平衡,给高校思想教育工作带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。在新媒体"热"环境下,高校应从思想教育工作队伍建设、开拓新媒体阵地、提高学生新媒体素养、强化监管、改进传统工作方式等方面积极寻求完善思想教育工作的路径,以保障思想教育的实效性。
