| 摘 要： | 海南省学位与研究生教育是在改革开放后逐步发展起来的，并经历了两次历史发展大机遇。随着海南大学进入国家“211工程”建设大学行列，海南国际旅游岛建设上升为国家战略，国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要的颁布和海南省经济的快速发展，海南省学位与研究生教育迎来了第三次发展新机遇。在新的发展机遇下，海南省学位与研究生教育应当坚持为国家和区域战略发展服务的原则，增强主体改革与发展的主动意识，利用特区特权试点现代大学制度。

| Abstract: | The degree and postgraduate education in Hainan Province has experienced two major historical development opportunities.Under the new development opportunity,the degree and postgraduate education of Hainan Province should adhere to serve the national and regional development strategies,increase the initiative of reform and development,and make experiments on the modern university system by the privileges of the special area. |
