| 摘 要： | 首先对教育公平的涵义进行解读，认为教育经济学视角的教育公平主要体现在受教育者对公共教育资源占有的平等。借助这一认识，进一步分析我国民办高等教育中存在教育不公平现象；并提出要实现教育公平，国家应对民办高校进行资助。最后提出实现公平的两种资助方式。

| Abstract: | With an understanding the connotation of equity in education, it is suggested in the paper that equity in education in the perspective of educational economics manifests itself mostly as equity in possession of public educational resources by those who receive education. With this recognition, a further analysis is made of the phenomena of inequity existing in privately-funded higher education in China. It is also argued that, in order to realize the objective of equity in education, it is important that the state provide financial subsidy for the privately-funded institutions. |
