| 摘 要： | 高等学校在开放的市场体系条件下进行办学，必须在加强内部管理的同时，挖掘丰富的外部资源，拓宽办学渠道，构建外部支撑体系。本文从高等学校开放式办学模式出发，通过对高校事业发展的基本动力的分析，探讨了在新的形势下构建高校事业发展的外部支撑体系的必要性、可行性及相关问题。

| Abstract: | To run a school in the open market of present time, colleges have to reinforce their inner administration as well as to run in a broad way. In addition,colleges are proposed to establish an exterior support system by using outer resources and diversifying the school-running approaches. This paper ,from the perspective of an open college-running model ,analyzes the essential stimuli of college development ,and probes into the need ,feasibility and other relevant questions of establishment of college exterior support system. |
