| 摘 要： | 目前我国研究生教育规模迅速扩张,研究生教育质量受到质疑。笔者认为研究生质量问题的产生源于目前研究生教育方式的调整滞后于研究生教育规模的扩大,研究生教育沿用的精英教育模式已不适应社会发展对高级应用型、职业型人才的需求,因此有必要协调和统一研究生教育质量观,树立博士生教育就是培养学者和精英,而硕士生教育是培养具有较强动手能力的高级应用型、职业型人才的质量观。同时分类评议了目前导致研究生教育质量问题的各个方面,并提出解决方案。阐明只要切实进行改革和创新,我国研究生教育一定能为经济建设作出更大贡献。
