| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的迅速发展，多元化办学的教育格局逐步形成。同时人们也开始质疑多元化办学能否保证教育公平这一社会目标。章在论述了多元化办学对教育供给的积极意义后，也对现实中如何防止市场对教育公平的过度侵害作了制度上的论述。
