成效为本教学法及在《物流管理》教学中的应用

摘    要:成效为本教学法定位于满足学生和社会的未来角色需要,并通过不同的教学方式与路径,达到预定的教学成果。文章对成效为本教学法的课程教学模式进行探讨,然后结合管理类本科人才培养目标,以《物流管理》课程教学为例说明该方法在课程教学中如何应用。

Abstract:Outcome-based teaching & learning ( OBTL ) , designated to meet students' need in social status, aimsto achieve the desired teaching outcomes by different approaches and methods. The paper, based on its elaboration upon the approach, is trying to illustrate its application in logistics management instruction in tune with the targets of cultivating management undergraduates.
