| 摘 要： | 通过对高职校园文化与行业文化对接和融合的意义和现状分析，探索了高职校园文化与行业文化对接的内容、模式和方法。以医药类高职院校为例，研究校园文化与行业文化的对接和融合机制和路径，构建基于校园文化与行业文化对接的高职校园文化，以提升高职校园文化建设水平，促进高职院校可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The essay tries to explore the content, mode and approach to integrate college campus culture and business culture by analyzing the value and significance of the integration. It aims to case study the cultural integration in medicinal vocational colleges, in an attempt to work out a practical mechanism, access, and programs for campus and business culture merger rough the analysis on the meaning and the current situation of even joint and fusion of vocational college campus culture and industry culture to advance higher vocational schools’ culture construction and sustainable development |
