| Abstract: | The paper attempts to look into the current situation of college journals,especially in higher learning institutions of Zhejiang province,in order to explore the sustainable development of prime quality journals to meet the demand of competitive market for desirable social and economic benefits.It puts forward steps to be taken to deal with critical issues in journals' editing and publishing to guarantee excellent journals of good quality. |
