| 摘 要： | 清产核资是高校进行资产管理的立足点和出发点，通过清产核资能够真实、完整地查清学校的资产和财务状况，对资产清查过程中发现的问题，提出相应整改措施和实施计划，完善高校资产管理制度，充分发挥学校资产在教学、科研、后勤服务中的作用。因此就有必要根据高校固定资产管理中普遍存在的意识淡薄、账实不符、重投轻管、盲目购置、产权不清等问题，从更新观念、建立健全固定资产管理制度、建立健全国有资产档案管理、加强审计监督、实施信息化管理、提高资产管理人员素质等方面提出了加强固定资产管理的措施和办法。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities are assets to carry out asset management standpoint, and the starting point, assets can be true, complete and schools to identify assets and financial situation, the inventory of assets in the process of discovery, made the appropriate reform measures and implementation of the plan to improve Universities asset management system, give full play to the assets of the school in teaching, research, logistical services to the important role.
