| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,对目前安徽省篮球裁判员队伍存在问题进行分析,探讨其可能的制约因素,提出其发展和改革的对策,以期为提高安徽省篮球裁判员队伍的整体业务水平,促进篮球运动事业的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Adopting the methods of document collection,expert interviews,logical analysis,researched of the present problems in Anhui Province basketball referees,discussed the possible restraining factors and put forward its development and reform measures,designed to offer reference for the promote the Anhui basketball referee overall business levels,and promote the development of basketball career. |
