| Abstract: | The problems existing in the construction of the intellectual property fights were analysized from the connotation of universities intellectual property culture. Some countermeasures of the culture construction were put forward： building the cultural concepts, creating the innovative atmosphere and perfecting the management system. The construction of universities intellectual property culture should be engendered to encourage the cultural environment for its vigorons development. |
