基于质量标准的职教教师教学能力结构探析

摘    要:“职业院校教师素质提高计划”背景下,提高职教教师的教学能力成为目前迫切的任务。职业教育和普通教育是教育系统中两种不同类型的教育,两种教育类型存在着诸多差别,这种差别最终体现在两种教育类型的质量标准上。职业教育应该有其独特的质量标准,即“职业标准”。基于“职业标准”的职业教育教师应该具备以普适性能力、通识教学能力为基础,以职业技术教学能力为核心的教学能力结构。

Abstract:With the promotion of the plan for improving the quality of vocational college teachers, it becomes a more prominent task to improve the teaching ability of vocational education teachers. Vocational education and ordinary education are of different catalogues respectively, and the both mainly manifest in their different quality standards. Vocational education should have its unique quality standard, that is, 'vocational standard'. According to 'vocational standard', teachers of vocational education should possess a structure of teaching ability which bases on and general teaching ability, focus on vocational and technical teaching ability.
