| Abstract: | In the new century, the editor of a college journal should renew and develop his consciousness according to the need of develompment of the time. This article probes into the editorial consciousness from such 5 aspects as information consciousness, network consciousness, etc. so as to give full play to the editor's subjective activity and improve the quality of the college journal. |
