| Abstract: | The ideological political work for college teachers is one that conglomerates teachers,brings positive factors of teachers into play and triggers them to work creatively.The work can.provide colleges with powerful spiritual motivation and ideological pledge in their reforms,development and consolidation.Taking the status quo of the political ideological work for college teachers as the starting point in consideration the probe into the features and rules of the ideological and political work for college teachers and bringing forth new ideas in the thinking and dealing ways of the work can make the work advance and bring forth new ideas in the advancing process. |
