滇西民族地区高校教师教育现状与对策

摘    要:民族地区高校教师教育专业承担着为民族地区培养基础教育师资的重要职能。当前,滇西民族地区高校教师教育面临着几个问题:教师教育专业建设逐渐弱化;学生的教师职业信仰状况堪忧;教师教育专业硬件及师资匮乏;缺少高校教师教育与新课改衔接的机制。针对以上问题,可以采取以下应对措施:一是正确认识教师教育专业的地位和作用;二是加强学生的教师职业信仰教育;三是加强教师教育专业硬件设施及师资队伍建设;四是增设高中新课改课程内容,加强实践教学课程与环节;五是建立高校教师教育与新课改衔接机制。

Abstract:Teacher Education at colleges of national regions plays an important role in training teachers of the dementary education. At present, there are several problems existing in Teachers' Education: its specialty construction has gradually blurred; students' awareness of teachers' professional belief has decreased; it lacks enough hardware and teachers, as well as mechanism of integration between teachers' education and curriculum. Thus, the following measures can be adopted: the first is a correct understanding of status and role of Teachers' Education; the second is to strengthen students' awareness of teachers' professional belief; the third is to improye its professional hardware facilities and teachers team construction; the fourth is adding the new curriculum reform of high school content to improve the practical teaching curriculum; the fifth is to establish mechanism of integration between Teachers' Education and curriculum reform.
