| 摘 要： | 目的：比较瑞芬太尼和芬太尼分别复合丙泊酚对患者全麻诱导期心血管反应的影响。方法：60例胆囊切除术患者随机分为F组（芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉）和R组（瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉）。入室后常规监测心率（HR）、无创血压（SBP、DBP和MBP）、脉搏血氧饱和度（SPO2）。分别记录入室后（T0）、气管插管前即刻（T1）、气管插管后1min（T2）和5min（T3）时患者的HR、SBP、MBP、DBP数值。结果：两组患者基础值差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。患者诱导前后自身比较，在插管后1min时，F组患者的HR、SBP、MBP、DBP各数值均显著上升，同时R组各指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。组间比较，R组患者T1、T2、L时的HR、SBP、MBP、DBP均显著低于F组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：相比芬太尼，瑞芬太尼可显著抑制患者全麻诱导期的心血管反应。

| Abstract: | Objectlve：To compare the effect of propofol combined with remifentanil or fentanyl on cardiovascular response during induction of general anesthesia. Methods：Patients with ASA status I - II undergoing laparoscopie eholecysteetomy were randomly divided into two groups：group R （propofol＋remifentanil anesthesia） and group F （propofol＋fentanyl anesthesia）.Heart rate （HR）, systolic blood pressure （SBP）, mean blood pressure （MBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP） were recorded before and after the tracheal intubation. Results： The HR,SDP,MAP,DBP of group F significantly increased at 1 minute after intubation （P〈 0.05）. The intubation did not affect all the indexes in groups R（P〉0.05 ）. There were significant differences of all the indexes between two groups after the induction the and the intubation （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with fentanyl,remifentanil can significantly inhibit the cardiovascular responses to induction of general anesthesia. |
