| 摘 要： | 经济全球化的发展，使国家的经济决策安全越来越受到影响，尤其是对我国这样的发展中国家而言，由于经济实力有限。市场经济体制还不完善，在汇率制度。货币政策，金融调控等宏观经济决策以及国家经济主权的独立性方面都面临较大的挑战。为此，需要通过完善国家经济决策机制。重视经济管理人才。健全国家经济预警机制。充分利用国际经济规则来保障国家经济决策安全。

| Abstract: | The development of economy globalization has more and more affected our security of our nation's economy policy-making. Due to the limitness of our econcmic strength and imperfection of economy system, there have been more challenges on all aspects of macroeconctnic measures, rate system, current policy, financial regulation and control; therefore, we need to take every effort to perfect our decision-making system and to make full use of international econcmic rules to guarantee the security of our economy. |
