| 摘 要： | 当前，地方高校正确定位改革发展目标，必须着眼于适应地方经济社会的发展要求和遵循高等教育的发展规律，以自身优势为依托，客观评价其“能级”，科学定位服务面向，重点突出办学特色，把学校的改革和建设引入健康、高效、快速的发展之路。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,local colleges and universities should pay attention to the request of the local and economic social development and be obedient to the development regulation of the higher education to set the right orientation for the reform, relying on their own advantages and objectively, evaluating its " energy level", scientific fixed position that the services face, giving prominence to the special features, then lead the reform and development of the college or university into the healthy ,efficient and quick developing state. |
