| 摘 要： | 基于纷繁复杂的客观社会环境的影响，以及德育受教育者个体需要未得以满足和实现、德育目标“高大全”、忽视德育的个人享用性、德育过程简单化、德育方法粗糙、德育方式简陋、德育评价扭曲等原因，高校德育实效性十分低下。为扭转这种被动局面，必须将马克思主义理想与民族精神作为学校德育的长期目标，将道德品质、心理素质的教育与大学生的实践能力、鉴别能力、选择能力和创业精神的培养结合起来，创新德育工作方法，走“主体育德”的道路。

| Abstract: | Because of so many factors such as the influence of numerous and complicated social environment,the individual demand of moral educatees can't be met,"magnificent,great and perfect" moral objectives, simplicity of moral education process,roughness of moral education method,etc,the effectiveness of moral education in higher education institutions is very low.To transform the negative complexion,the thought of Marxism and ethical spirit must be taken as the long term objectives of moral education,combine the education of moral character and psychological quality with the cultivation of undergraduates' practice ability,identifying ability and enterprising spirit,innovate moral education method,etc. |
