| 摘 要： | 连续四届全国职业院校(高职组)技能大赛,西部地区参赛院校虽然取得了可喜的成绩,但与东部地区高职教育的差距仍非常大。究其原因除比赛经验不足外,主要是西部地区高职院校实训条件不足、师资水平有限、校企对接不畅等。建议建立国家主导校企合作的体制机制,加大对西部少数民族地区高职院校办学能力的扶持,组建校际联盟,建立与国家西部大开发战略相适应的技能竞赛体系,提高西部高职教育吸引力。同时,西部地区高职院校应立足现实,以赛事为引领,提高专业建设水平,探索校企对接的方式方法,不断提升人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | The higher vocational colleges in western region have gained great achievements in four consecutive national vocational skills competitions.However,there still exist great gap between higher vocational education in the eastern and western region.In addition to the lack of competition experience outside,the insufficient practice training infrastructures,low teachers level and school-enterprise cooperation behave badly are all important reasons.In order to improve the competition performance,it should build the nation leading school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,increase support for the school-running abilities of western higher vocational schools,establish school alliance,build the skills competition system that adapt to the western development strategy to enhance the attractiveness of western higher vocational education.Meanwhile,higher vocational schools in western regions should try to enhance specialty construction level and explore new modes and methods for school-enterprise docking,etc. |
