| 摘 要： | 为克服职教主流发展模式的弊端,近年来我国各地不断探索优化资源配置的职教新模式,主要包括职教园区模式、职教集团模式、行业协会模式、定岗双元模式和城校互动模式,并取得了显著成效。结合这些模式的优势和特点,创新职教发展模式需要注意以下三点:探寻不同范围内的资源优化配置;充分发挥市场机制的作用;要发挥政府部门在推动职业教育资源整合中的重要作用。
