职业教育学对象、体系与范式的反思

摘    要:当前的职业教育学学科建设中,就研究对象而言有“现象论”、“关系论”、“问题论”、“规律论”;就学科体系而言有“逻辑起点论”、“问题系统论”、“范畴水平论”;就研究范式而言有“问题研究范式”、“基本研究范式”、“工作过程研究范式”和“技术学研究范式”。这些理论各有优长,也存在各自的局限。基于对上述观点的理性批判,可以认为职业教育学的研究对象是“职业教育存在”,应建立基于“范畴”的学科体系,构建“要素研究范式”。

Abstract:Nowadays,in the subject construction of vocational education pedagogy,for research objects,there are "phenomena theory","relationship theory" and "problem solving theory" for subject system,there are "logical-oriented theory","problem-systematic theory" and "category-leveled theory";for research paradigm,there are"problem research paradigm","basic research paradigm","work process research paradigm" and "technology research paradigm".These theories have their respective strengths and shortages.Based on rational criticism on them,the research object of vocational education pedagogy is the"existence of vocational education",the category-based subject system and "key element research parodigm"should be constructed.
