| 摘 要： | 对浙江中小民营企业文秘专业人才的需求调查显示,中小民营企业对文秘专业人才的需求人数稳定并呈上升趋势,且对文秘专业人才的需求趋向商务型、复合型,同时企业看重人才各种资格证书的获得。高职文秘专业应从培养单一性的行政文秘人员向培养商务型、复合型的秘书专业人才转变,并根据培养方向重构课程体系,加强实习实训。 |
