| 摘 要： | 我国职业教育发展的内外环境已发生了许多新变化,职业教育改革发展也面临着众多问题,其中一个瓶颈即是企业参与职业教育还不够深入,因此有必要通过修订《职业教育法》之机,以法律形式明确规定企业参与职业教育的责任和义务。同时,中央立法机关要和地方加强沟通协商,确保配套法规的出台和落实。

| Abstract: | The internal and external environment of vocational education development has changed in China,and vocational education reform is also facing with many problems,one of which is that the enterprises have not deeply participated in vocational education.Therefore,it is necessary to define enterprises’ responsibilities and obligations to participate in vocational education in legal form by revising "Vocational Education Law".Meanwhile,the central legislature should strengthen the communication and negotiation with localities so as to ensure the formulation and implementation of corresponding laws and regulations. |
