| 摘 要： | 校企合作作为一种办学模式,近年来得到高职院校的广泛认可,得以普遍开展,并且从较为单一内容的合作,发展到校企双方在人员、资金、设备、教学、科研以及技术服务等全方位合作。随着经济社会和科学技术的发展,以及高职教育自身内涵的提升,校企合作出现了深度性、稳定性、整体性、协调性和校方教师及基层教学部门参与主动性不足等问题。推动高职教育校企合作发展需要从宏观经济、政策与法律建设,高职教育教学体制改革,高职院校运行机制创新三个方面整体推进。

| Abstract: | As a school-running model,school-enterprise cooperation has developed from the single content cooperation to all-round cooperation between school and enterprise including staff,fund,equipment,teaching,research and technical service,etc.Along with the development of economy and society while science and technology as well as the improvement of connotation of higher vocational education,school-enterprise cooperation has appeared some problems,such as the shortage of depth,stability,integrity,harmony and the initiative of school teachers and basic teaching department to participate.Promoting the development of school-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational education needs to launch from three aspects: the construction of macro,economy,policy and law;the education and teaching system reform of higher vocational schools;the innovation of operating mechanism of higher vocational schools. |
