| 摘 要： | 针对珠江三角洲产业升级与高技能人才供给不足的矛盾,珠江三角洲应及时转变高职人才培养模式:按照<纲要>调整职业教育的类别结构与专业设置;根据珠三角产业升级要求做好课程开发和教学内容安排;加强实践教学环节,提高学生的动手能力;积极开展应用性技术研究和推行"工学结合、校企合作"的人才培养模式等.
