| 摘 要： | 目的观察蒙脱石和氯己定联合治疗复发性口疮的疗效。方法复发性口疮病人 68例 ,随机分成A、B两组。A组为蒙脱石和 2 %氯己定联合治疗 34例 (男性 1 6例 ,女性1 8例 ) ;B组为 2 %氯己定、口服维生素B2 、维生素C、甲硝唑治疗 34例 (男性 1 4例 ,女性 2 0例 )。结果A组总有效率为 98 83% ,B组总有效率为 82 1 9%。两组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论蒙脱石和氯己定联合治疗复发性口疮疗效更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective:Observing the recurrent aphthous ulcer effect of smectite and chlorhexidine. Methods:68cases of recurrent aphthous ulcer have been divided into Group A and Group B.Group A has 34 cases of the cures of smectite and chlorhexidine 2%(male:16 cases,female:18 cases).Group B has 34 cases of the cures of the chlorhexidine 2%,vitamin B 2,vitamin C,and metronidaxole(male:14 cases,female:20 cases).Results:Group A:the total efficiency is 98.83%.Group B:the total efficiency is 82.19%.The obvious difference is significant(P<0 01).Conclusions The effect of smectite and chlorhexidine is better. |
