| Abstract: | This paper analyses the employment conditions of the graduates majoring in transportation and civil engineering project who graduated between the year of 2001 and 2003. Based on this analysis, the paper suggests some measures to improve the graduate design in the aspects of choosing subjects, contents and the ways of instructions. These improvements have been practiced during the graduate designing in 2004, and they have much bettered the pedagogical effects. |
