| 摘 要： | 护理人员在实施整体护理与服务对象进行交流的过程中，经常通过自己的仪表、动作、面部表情等来表达思想感情，传递信息。有时非语言所传达出来的信息，要比有声语言更富有表现力和感染力。护理人员正确运用非语言沟通技巧，对于协调护患关系、提高护理质量，都有着积极的影响。

| Abstract: | Nursing staffs often express their feelings and communicate some information through their appearance, activity and facial expression in the process of doing clinical work communicating with patients .Sometimes non-language information will be of more display and appeal.If nursing staffs use non-language communication skills correctly, it will make an active effect on coordinating the relationship between nurses and patients and improving the quality of nursing. |
