| 摘 要： | “自律”的实质就是充分认识到人的“自爱、自保”本性及“互助本能”的本质及规律；反之，“他律”就是没有认识或没有充分认识人的“自爱、自保”本性及“互助本能”的结果。通过哈贝马斯的“认识兴趣结构”理论而引申、发展出“理性的兴趣”与“认识对象”相结合的认识基本功能单位。并通过“理性的兴趣”与“认识对象”这一认识结构的构建，实现由“他律”向“自律”的转化，从而实现道德修养的高度自觉。

| Abstract: | The nature of "self-discipline"is knowing man's "self-respect,self-preservation" and "reciprocal" nature while in case of "heteronomy" people fail to those natures.Based onHabermas'theory of "perception interest structure",the paper discussed "logical interest " and "perceptive object"as basic functional unit of perception.By constructing this perception structure,"heteronomy" tends to "self-discipline" building up automatic morality. |
