| 摘 要： | 新课程体系对师生关系提出了一些全新的要求，师生关系也在新的时期呈现出全新的特点：平等的人际关系、合作的工作关系、授受的教育关系。教师是教育教学互动过程中的主导者，也是与学生接触最多、最亲近的人。由此，掌握好教育教学活动中师生关系的实质，做好师生之间的沟通与互动，就显得尤为必要。只有师生之间的沟通顺畅、互动合理，教师的教育教学工作才能有效地进行，才能做到对班集体的有效管理，师生之间的关系才能和谐。

| Abstract: | The new curriculum system brings up new requirement for the teacher-student relation. Meanwhile,teacher-student relation reflects new characteristics in the new time,such as equal interpersonal relation, cooperative working relationship, and accepted educational rela- tion. Teachers ,as the agents in the teaching interaction, interact with students most often and close. Understanding the nature of relation, as well as improving their communication and interaction, is very important. The educational procedures such as teaching can only carry out smoothly and effectively in the cost of good communication. It is also the same case in class management and relation developing. |
