| 摘 要： | 建立在集体产权基础上的现代农村，是在国家建构下的生产共同体，其治理以村民委员会自治为特征。随着农村社会流动性增加，村委会的代表性日益不足，行政干预导致村委会自治性不足，其合法性基础受到削弱。重建农村社区，形成居民自治的生活共同体，需要农村治理的转型。
