基于自组织理论的课堂教学设计思考

摘    要:自组织理论使人们突破了牛顿机械论封闭系统观点,系统开放由存在到发展的演变规律,具有普遍的方法论的意义。自组织理论对高校教学设计具有重要启示:高校教学设计系统成为耗散结构系统;有效地利用涨落使高校教学设计达到有序;充分利用协同和竞争使高校教学设计成为自组织过程。对提高大学课堂教学设计效能具有较强的指导意义。

Abstract:The self-organization theory makes people break through the standpoint of Newton mechanical closed system.The evolutionary law of the system opening from existentialist to development is of universal methodology significance.The self-organization theory has important enlightenment on college teaching design,which including setting up college teaching design system combining the self-organization with the other organization;improving college teaching design system to be a dissipative structure system;taking advantage of fluctuation to make school design in order and making college teaching design become self-organization process by coordination and competition.This has strong directive significance for us to improve the teaching design efficiency in college class.
