| 摘 要： | 近年来,高校在管理过程中与学生的法律纠纷不断增加,传统高校学生管理模式遭遇严重挑战。文章通过分析高校与学生之间法律纠纷的现状,剖析发生法律纠纷的原因,提出防治纠纷的对策和建议。
