| 摘 要： | 为了体现党中央、国务院对西藏及藏民族发展的高度重视,我国政府于1985年起在部分经济发达的内地省市开办了内地西藏班(校),为西藏的社会主义建设培养人才。近20年来,举办内地西藏班(校)作为我国一项特殊的民族教育政策不断得以完善和发展,并产生了巨大的社会效益。这一特殊的民族教育政策也必将在新时期发挥更加重大的作用。

| Abstract: | The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of Tibet and the Tibetan people.In 1985,the government started to open Tibetan classes or run Tibetan schools in some of the economically developed provinces and cities in the hinterland to train talented personnel for socialist construction in Tibet. Over the recent 20 years,this special poliy for ethnic education has been improved and developed with great social effects and it will play a more important role in the future. |
