| 摘 要： | 采用调查法、数据统计法、文献资料法等多种研究方法,对我国部分东西部全民健身进行调查统计研究,结果显示:东西部全民健身的思想认识、体育人口、体育设施、体育消费、学校体育等存在较大差距,不能适应建设和谐社会的需要。根据实际情况提出了具体可行的建议,为政府部门制定实施全民健身计划的方案提供决策依据,有利于完善全民健身理论体系和增进民族团结,维护社会稳定。

| Abstract: | By various means of investigating,data-collecting,and document-consulting,a research has been carried out on the nationwide body-building in some eastern and western areas.The result suggests that there exists a comparatively big difference between eastern and western areas in such aspects as the awareness of nationwide body-building,sports population,sports equipment,sports consumption as well as school physical education,which is hard to meet to needs of building a harmonious society.In accordance with the practical situation,the authors put forward some specific and feasible suggestions to provide the government with some bases for their establishment of the program of enforcing the project of "nationwide body-building".Moreover,it is also helpful to improve the theory of "nationwide body-building",enhance the national solidarity and uphold the stability of the society. |
