| 摘 要： | 高校校友工作是高等教育中一项新兴的事业,它伴随着高等教育改革发展而不断的兴盛,是高等学校整体工作的重要组成部分,也是大学使命与功能的社会化延续和伸展,对高等学校的建设、校友个人的发展以及社会的文明进步是一个极大的促进,尤其是在高等学校的办学过程中可以发挥重大的作用,它主要体现在高等学校的办学指导思想、师资队伍、教学条件与利用、专业建设与教学改革、教学管理、学风、教学效果和办学特色等方面。

| Abstract: | The university alumnus work is an emerging enterprise in the higher education,it is following the higher education reform development,but the unceasing prosperity,is the important component of whole College work,is also the university mission and the function socialization continues and extends,to College's construction,alumnus individual development as well as society's civilized progress is an enormous promotion,in particular may play the significant role in College's school process,it mainly manifests in the College school guiding principle,the teachers troop,the teaching condition with uses,specialized on construction and educational reform,teaching management,school tradition,teaching effect and school characteristic. |
