摘    要:采用微波消解法消解样品,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法分别测定了四种不同产地菊花中的Fe、Mn、Zn、Ca、Mg、Cu、Ni的含量;探讨了微波消解预处理的条件,优化了FAAS测定参数,七种金属元素标准曲线相关系数在0.9907-0.9999之间,平均加标回收率在97.2%-103.5%之间,RSD(n=4)在2.2%-4.9%之间。该方法具有较好的精密度和准确性。测定结果发现不同产地的菊花中金属元素存在显著差异。

Abstract:Chrysanthemums samples were digested by microwave-assisted digestion,and the contents of Fe,Mn,Zn,Ca,Mg,Cu and Ni in four kinds of chrysanthemums from different areas were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Conditions for the microwave digestion were discussed and the measure parameters for FAAS were optimized.The standard relative curve coefficients of seven kinds of metal elements range from 0.9907 to 0.9999.The average recovery rate is between 97.2% and 103.5%,with RSD(n=4) between 2.2% and 4.9%.The method is of good sensitivity and fine accuracy.Experimental results indicate that chrysanthemums from difference areas are apparently different in their contents of metal elements.
