| 摘 要： | 现代大学已走出象牙塔而越来越处于社会的中心,其作为一个有输入与输出的系统,必然要重视运行的效率.设置大学的管理岗位、清晰各岗位的隶属关系并明确各岗位的职责和权限是提高大学运行效率的一个基本途径,因此,对大学管理岗位设置的研究和探讨是很有意义的.本文比较了中、美7所研究型大学的管理岗位设置并提出了对改革我国大学管理制度的一点建议.

| Abstract: | A modern university should pay much attention to the efficiency of the functions of itself. Setting administration posts and clarifying the rights and duties among the posts are basic methods to improve the university' s efficiency. This paper compares the administration posts between seven USA's research universities and seven China's research universities, and makes some suggestions on innovating the management system of our universities. |
