| 摘 要： | "素养"概念在进入中国教育学话语体系之前已历经较长时期的发展和演变,积累了丰富的意涵和思想。在社会学新制度主义理论视角下考察"素养"的概念史,发现其制度化过程包括发端于美国的"理论化"阶段(20世纪初至70年代)、传播至英国等国家的"合法化"阶段(20世纪80年代至90年代)以及制度扩散的"全球化"阶段(21世纪以来),呈现"同质化"和"松散耦合"现象,中国的"素养"概念正是作为制度的"素养"教育在全球扩散的产物。基于"素养"概念本身的复杂性和内在张力,应重视概念背后的多重内涵和价值取向,立足终身教育目标统合教育发展理念,并关注"素养"概念在"松散耦合"机制下的本土化建构,为全球教育发展提供"核心素养教育"的"中国模式"。

| Abstract: | The concept of "competence" has a relatively long history of development and evolution before entering educational discourse in China,thus,it conveys many connotations.From the perspective of new institutionalism in sociology,the concept has gone through the phrases of "theorization" in the United States (since 20th century to 1970s),"legitimation" in the United Kingdom and some other countries (since 1980s to 1990s) and institutional diffusion of "globalization" (since 21st century till now).Nowadays,it has become an education institution diffusing to the world,with a mixed phenomenon of isomorphism and loose-coupling.The "competence" in China reflects the diffusion of competence education as an institution.The research reveals the complexity and inherent tension of the concept,so we should seek for the common development goals of life-long education when valuing its multiple connotations and values,and focus on the localized construction in loose-coupling of competence education in China,so as to provide China’ s "Competence Model" to world educational development. |
