| 摘 要： | 财政性职业教育经费的构成与拨款方式是我国职业教育财政投资体制的主要内容。当前,我国的职业教育财政投资体制存在着总量上增长幅度小,结构上支出安排不合理,布局上区域投资不平衡显著,财政投资在运作和管理上存在诸多弊端等严重问题。我国应该积极借鉴发达国家的相关经验,完善职业教育的财政投资体制,发挥多元主体的职业教育投资功能,广开财源,保障运行,落实监督,提高效益,实现职业教育财政投资数量和质量提升,促进我国职业教育的可持续发展。
