广东高职院校科研工作现状调查与发展对策研究——基于2012年广东省普通高校科研统计的数据分析

摘    要:广东省高职院校的科研基础薄弱,整体科研能力不强,表现为科研成果少、质量不高,科研经费投入少、科研基础条件差,科研管理机制不完善等。针对此现状,对阻碍广东高职院校教师参与科研工作的障碍因素进行了实证调研分析,结果表明,社会因素的障碍度最大,学校管理因素次之。对此提出的发展对策有:政府应在项目和成果评价上给予类别对待和倾斜支持;学校管理中注重找准科研定位,完善科研评价和激励制度,培育科研团队以及给予定期科研培训等;教师自身也要戒除科研功利心,做好规划,踏实做学问。

Abstract:The scientific research foundation of Guangdong Province in higher vocational colleges is weak and the overall scientific research capacity is not strong, which is manifested as less achievements, poor quality, less research funding, and conditions and research management mechanism is not perfect etc.. In view of this situation, this study has done some empirical research on the factors which have hindered the initiatives in research works of vocational colleges teachers. The analysis results have shown that the social factors are the most critical factors and the school management factors are the second. So this paper has put forward the development countermeasures as follows: Government should give support in the evaluation of the project and achievement for vocational colleges; schools should hold the direction of the scientific research, improve the scientific evaluation and incentive systems, cultivate scientific research teams and give regular scientific research trainings; teachers themselves also should get rid of sense of utilitarian, plan ahead and do research works honestly.
