| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育规模已是世界第一,每年有数以百万计的毕业生走出学校,但社会经济文化建设却面临人才危机;我们的专业学分之高、学生听课时间之长亦堪称世界之最,但大量毕业生却因"有知识,没手艺"而难以找到工作。对照培养目标看,学生既缺"创新精神",又少"实践能力"。高等教育给人一种游离于社会和人之外的感觉。应以改革课堂教学、强化实践环节作为突破口对其加以整治。

| Abstract: | Higher education in China is now the king of the world when its comes to scale. Every year, millions of graduates walk out of the universities and become available in the labour market. However, more and more companies are complaining that they hardly can find the talents they want. The school report show that our graduates are doing perfectly well and they really had gone through a great amount of courses. But how did this situation happen? The principal reason is that a large number of graduates has with them degrees rather than skills, neither creative nor experienced. Our concern is that our higher education runs out of its right track and seems ivory-towered to the whole society. The key points to the solutions to this problem are: reforming teaching method in classroom; putting theory into practice. |
