| Abstract: | As the popular course of our higher education picks up its speed, people begin to pay close attention on the quality of higher education's development. To investigate and study the quality view of popular higher education's development which is fit for our national conditions will have very important significance on measuring and evaluating the development of our higher edu- cation scientificly and pushing our higher education's healthy and sustained development. |
