| 摘 要： | 经济和社会发展的新形势,给高等学校学生政治思想工作提出了新的挑战。改革传统的高校辅导员工作,既是对这种挑战的应战,也是当代高校素质教育的必然要求。高校学生工作应从以学校为主导向以学生为主体转变,这种改变,实际上体现了"以人为本"的精神和高校的服务功能。
