| 摘 要： | 我国现阶段的高校图书馆普遍存在较严重的经费资源漏出、物质资源浪费、文献资源低效和人力资源耗散等资源利用问题，阻滞了图书馆的发展。要构建资源节约型的高校图书馆，必须优化使用经费资源，有效利用物质资源，合理配置文献资源，充分挖掘人力资源。
