| 摘 要： | 毛泽东求学第一师范时的图书馆,不仅藏书丰富,而且特色鲜明,其建设与利用的传统对于现代高校图书馆的发展,仍有诸多可资借鉴的地方。高校图书馆应丰富图书馆文献资源,满足读者多样化的需求;提高图书馆文献质量,促进文献资源充分利用;完善图书馆管理制度,一切以方便读者为中心;提高图书馆馆员素质,真正做学生的良师益友。
