摘    要:"双师型"教师是我国职业教育培养高素质技能人才的重要师资保障。然而,当前我国"双师型"教师培养却存在着诸多难题,"职前培养"先天不足、培养政策体系不健全、行业企业未能充分参与、职业院校缺乏长远培养规划、职教教师专业化发展意识薄弱,致使"双师型"教师培养成效甚微。为此,我国职校"双师型"教师培养亟需构建政府、行业组织、企业、职业院校与教师"五位一体"协同培养机制,方能解决培养中的实践难题。

Abstract:Double-qualified teachers are an important guarantee to cultivate high-quality and skilled talents in vocational education in China. However, at present, there are many problems in the cultivation of "double-qualified" teachers in China, such as the congenital deficiency of "pre-service cultivation", the imperfect cultivation policy system, the insufficient participation of industrial enterprises, the lack of long-term cultivation planning in vocational schools, and the weak awareness of professional development of teachers in vocational schools. As a result, the cultivation of "double-qualified" teachers has little effect. Therefore, it is urgent to build a "five-in-one" cooperative training mechanism among government, industry organizations, enterprises, vocational colleges and teachers in order to solve practical problems in the training of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational schools.
